The hotel is set inside a natural preserve, next to a lake, and high over the surrounding areas, offering a bunch of activities to enjoy. Just understand what activities each season of the year will offer before deciding if the pricey cost is worth it for you. The rooms are always super clean and ready within a reasonable amount of time when we arrive, featuring fresh updates and new amenities. The service, although incredible, had a rough start with the front gate attendant almost not letting us in, but overall handling most instances exceptionally well. The dining experience ranged from delightful cheese slate stations to decent Asian dishes but suffered from not keeping food hot. The facilities are well-equipped to accommodate guests with a mix of amenities.
